About the Maker
Mumbai Brasserie is an initiative by Engrave to provide a digital presence to the various brass cutting artists of Mumbai.
One of the artists that we have engaged is Shahnawaz. He runs a small workshop called Nawab Arts in a busy marketplace in South Mumbai.
As a child, Shahnawaz would visit his father’s shop to learn the art of brass cutting. And now at the young age of 19 years, he is able to replicate almost any design on brass. He has been personalising keychains for hundreds of his happy customers - with designs ranging from football club logos to couple names.

Note from Maker: Hi GR, this name plate is actually inspired by the car number plate and uses the same material but instead of the car number, we use letters. Even our product description states that clearly. (Posted on 8/11/2016)
